My First Mystery Project
I've always wondered about the Mystery Projects I've seen in blogland - so I thought I would try one this year. I joined Mystery Mondays from This & That Patterns. What fun! It was interesting to see how the pieces all fit together - not knowing what I was going to end up with. I liked it! Here's the finished project - seams/corners/binding wonky and all. But I enjoyed the project. Sherri has started a new project this week - time to gather your fabrics. The pace is just right for me - I think that is why I enjoyed it - I didn't feel pressured to hurry and up and finish.
The next project will have a Christmas flair - it will be fun to see what everyone creates. I believe Sherri will have a "parade" sometime soon of the completed candle mats. Maybe I will see you there too?
PS - The fabric I used is the fabulous Thistledown from Jill Finley!
