Photo 27/366

This is what the landscape is like here in West Texas - flat and desert like.  Trees pop up here and there and also around homesteads (as in the background).  When we moved here we were told "The ground isn't much to look at but the skies are beautiful."  They were absolutely right!  I haven't edited this picture at all - the blue of the sky is just as you see it.  Sometimes I feel like I live in a snowglobe!

  1. Thanks for sharing this with us Laurie. It's is great to see what you see everyday. You are right the sky is beautiful. :)

  2. This is beautiful, parts of the Australian Desert are like this too...except the earth is red - called pindan by the indigenous Australians.

I really do appreciate you coming to my blog and reading what I have to share. And I especially want to say thank you for taking the time to comment!
